Hello again, This is my second time at this clinic for the same procedure and I’d just like to start by saying UNBELIEVABLE.
This time was a much faster experience but still nonetheless very much as comfortable as the first time.
I walk in and signed some forms and casually waited to be called to the second floor. Upon arriving on the second floor and meeting with the receptionist I sat back down and watched a very good show they were broadcasting on the television:
I then waited to be called by several different staff members for specialty assessments:
As I was guided through each of them I have to say the staff was very respectful and caring in each step of the way.
Now comes time for the actual procedure and unlike last time I knew what to expect so I wasn’t as nervous lol.
During the procedure I was initially supposed to get general anesthesia but was recommended to get the full sedation
because of some difficulty finding my cervix.
I won’t lie I was SCARED but only because I had never been fully sedated before, However I was assured I would wake up in a few minutes in the recovery room.
Atlas I’m in the recovery room waking up and feeling no pain or anxiousness as I ate some snack and drank some water.
The nurse waited until I said I was ok to walk to the bathroom to get dressed and finally go home for a recovery in the comfort of my home for the next couple days.
Before I left they specifically told me about the medications I’d be taking and how to proceed with the next couple days and weeks ahead for a follow up visit.
I made my appointments and headed to the bathroom and got dressed into my clothing.
I was handed paperwork for dismissal and sent on my way as they made sure I got into a cab safety before leaving.
The whole experience itself was very calming and even though you go in for whatever it is you will always come out feeling some sort of relief, well at least for myself I did.
I am thankful for the support and all safety measures that were taken to ensure a safe and proper procedure and departure afterwards.
As I said in my first experience i will forever be grateful for people that truly understand great customer service especially in sensitive situations like mine and im sure many other women around the world.
Thank you Dr Emily"s for supporting MY decision and helping me throughout the entire process. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs the services they provide and ensure you will be ok once everything is over. god bless

This was my first time to this clinic, and I must say I was extremely satisfied with the services rendered and the staff especially Sherry (front desk on 2nd floor, Sorry if misspelled). Going to the doctor and just being examined causes anxiety and your nerves to be all over the place. They were very nice, empathetic and understanding and made the nervousness feeling transition into comfortability. I didn't feel rushed, and I was able to ask the examining physicians all of my questions. Thank you.

The office is very clean, welcoming environment with the plants. I've been here a few times. Some of the staff are unprofessional and rude. The nurses in the front desk on Tuesday were very welcoming and professional, the nurses in the back were really polite as well, other than that my overall experience was great. What a relaxing atmosphere under such a time of stress for women’s. Gives you a sense of trust and that everything is going to be ok. I love your plants!

The girls at the front desk ALWAYS have an attitude. Very rude & they seem no not enjoy their jobs BUT I keep coming back because Dr. Park is an amazing MD. He really tends and cares for his patients!

I really liked this center in comparison to other centers. All the Staff was welcoming, waiting time was very short, and the doctor was warm and professional. Definitely will come back here for my check-ups.
